JoomSEF URL dont get created for Static Content 1 Month, 1 Week ago

Hi
I have a problem where after I create a Static content item, a JoomSEF URL is not automatically created. I know what the JoomSEF URL will be (/en/ followed by the title alias with the way I have it configured) but this is giving me a 404. I checked the JoomSEF control panel under JoomSEF URL Manager, and the new static pages just don't exist.
I have a kind of work-around. It DOES create the JoomSEF URL however after I create a menu link to the static content item. Then I can see the static page in the JoomSEF URL Manager. Its like JoomSEF doesnt know about the static content page until I create a link to it from an existing page.
Is this normal? Is there any way to change this behavior? I am trying to create around 10,000 static pages using the CSV import tool (http://www.reviewsforjoomla.com/) and creating a link to each page just to get JoomSEF to know about them isnt a very practical solution.

Hello,
This is normal behaviour, JoomSEF does not know about any URL until it is displayed somewhere on the site. Think about it - why would you have a SEF URL to content, that you cannot access from anywhere?
But to help you - you can create all the articles in one category and then just display them all at once using the Blog Category menu link, and all the links will get created by JoomSEF at once.
