ARTIO OpenSEF Patch

We have created a patch for the existing OpenSEF extension (version 2.0.0 RC5) which generates search engine friendly (SEF) links. This patch improves OpenSEF and JoomFish extensions compatibility, so they can coexist together. The JoomFish support is implemented by adding a language code to generated URLs.
