HELP! - Install on Live site not working 1 Month, 1 Week ago
I've installed JoomSEF 2.3.0 (Paid), can get to the component through the Component menu and see that it is indeed installed. However,
(1)I'm not getting any SEF URLs on the website.
(2)I'm getting 'SEO by Artio' on each page

Please help! I tested this on my local server and everything went perfect. But now that I've installed it on the live server nothing seems to be working and I'm getting the unpaid links??? This site is suppose to go live with these changes today and now I'm totally stuck with something on the live server that doesn't work! Please help!

Joomla! 1.0.15
JoomSEF2.3.0
PHP 4.4.4
Apache 1.3.35
MySQL 5.0.26
It looks like CGI is loaded as a module on Apache but disabled in PHP config

Solution:
-Make sure all permissions are 'writable' and fix with your hosting company
-Insure the .htaccess file is actually being read by the server and have hosting company fix errors (I created a simple 301 redirect in my file for testing)
-Insure your configuration.php file has all the proper live, cache, and absolute URL settings
-Uninstall and reinstall JoomSEF (double checking install instructions)
