Technical Support

We do our best to provide our services in maximum quality and to make the usage of our product as easy and trouble-free as possible. Anyway, if you hit any problems with our products, services or simply have a questions, please, do not hesitate to contact us. We always try to respond to your inquiries in the shortest time possible.

As the number of support inquiries is high, we have splitted most of our products to apply for one of the 3 support levels:

Priority Support

Description

Support for customers who purchased product or services that explicitelly include the Priority Support service. We try to answer such support inquirist as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day. The maximum response time for this support level is 2 business days.

Customer Support

Description

Support for customers who purchased paid product or services from us. Please note that the answers to these support inquiries may take up to several business days. Generally, we answer such within 3 business day, but it is dependant on our actual capacity. There is no guarantee on the response time.

Community Support

Description

This is the lowest support level for customer that use free version of our products and for open-source community in general. We expect the users who want to use fully free product will help each other in the first place. We will try to help, if we have capacity left. However, there is absolutelly no guarantee of any response time.

Extra Paid Support

Regardless what support level the product you have purchased has or if your problems falls within the support, if you need help or need a guaranteed reponse time, you can always purchase a paid support from us. We offer this at hourly rates based on the required response time.

Ostrava, 28.11.2011 - We are releasing new major version of both JoomSEF 4 and 3. These version include several brand new and exciting features, such as 3rd level domain support for individual components, direct access to Google analytics with Flash charts, full-featured sitemaps, web-crawl functions, ...

 

Ostrava, 21.10.2011 - VM Invoice 1.7.0 is now available. This new version of PDF invoce generator for Joomla adds WYSIWYG invoice template editor, batch processing for VirtueMart orders and invoices, background image support and some other fixes and improvements requested by users.

 

Ostrava, 9.10.2011 - New releases both of JoomSEF 3 for Joomla 1.5 and JoomSEF 4 for Joomla 1.6/1.7 was just released. Actual version are 4.1.1 and 3.8.3. Several new extensions for both these versions were also released.

 

 Ostrava, 3.10.2011 - MTurbo 1.2.2 is available now. MTurbo is a Magento extension for  caching pages, which improves website speeds. New version adds several new features and fixes some minor known bugs.
