1.7.6 blank PDF pages ... 12 years, 5 months ago #25336

Michaniker OFFLINE Posts: 7	Hi, i have installed the latest version of VMI and I got blank (only header adress and logo visible) pdf page on all my Invoices. I didnt changen anything on this installation. Any ideas whats wrong? every new release of your invoice brings some new bugs - i spend so many times in the 1.7.5 for solving the logo problem... now it works and there is a new bug with blank pages...

pama OFFLINE Posts: 489	Hello. That's probably server related problem, they probably don't have newest version of Tidy library (should be from 13 August 2007), which is used for cleaning HTML code. In next version will be possibility to turn off that function.

Michaniker OFFLINE Posts: 7	It could not be a server problem because on the same server another joomla installation with your VM Invoice (1.5.4 without logosupport) runs fine. So, what can I do? Its not funny to spend a lot of time searching for solutions with any new release of your VM Invoice!!!

pama OFFLINE Posts: 489	That's because 1.5.4 didn't contain HTML Tidy function for cleaning template code. You should wait for new version (which will be released in few hours), where will be Tidy version check and possibility to turn off that completly.

fatelettronica OFFLINE Posts: 18	I found a clue. In the invoice template, the code htm if you delete the variable {items} the body of the bill appears. Obviously you do not see the list of products. It seems to me that this does not exist as various fields in any table in the DB. Surely you connect to a file.php ...... What is it? So me going to see and correct that
