I would like to know if the Terms of Contract in Configuration/Reservation Terms has a limited amount of character.
I have been trying to copy our Terms and Conditions in there and it only saves about a third of it. I thought maybe that could be that there might be some issue with me copying and pasting it, so I tried typing it in manually but it still does not keep everything??

It is truly sad to see that an application that you pay for has still so many bugs/shortcomings. I can only get a maximum of 254 characters in there, and am sorry to say that there is no way you can have a proper terms and conditions with that limited amount of space.

OK after more testing I found the following:
I only get this error if I select "Fix Limit" in Reservation Type.

This is fairly important for me, specially for the tours they should just have to click once and the range should be selected depending on the fix limit. Also if I use fix limit, I can put in a price per tour and not a price per day

We are running Joomla 2.5.9

I only get this error if I try and open any part of the BOOPRO-Tour component.
If I can get the other error sorted out and working then I can do my motorcycle booking and my tour booking through the same component, however BOOKPRO Tour is very nicely geared for tour bookings, your component is nice too but the page layout to display the tours is a bit more informative with the different tabs for different options.

OK I started off by creating a parent bookable Item, below is all the information you asked for the parent item: Please note that this parent item is purely there to split the motorcycles and tours apart for different menu placements.





Then after this I created the child bookable item:





And what it does on the front page is as follows:

1: The menu item to select the tours available (list of all child object under parent)


2: It display the tours (child objects under parent object) this part works 100%


3: But then when you want to continue further is where I get the errors: (you can have a look at our testing site here to see what I mean)


Please let me know what I can try next to do to get this to work.
Could it be that this component is somehow clashing with another component to cause this?

Hi, hope there is someone who can help, seeing as the support from Artio is far and few between. :(

As soon as I publish this ARTIO Booking Customer Info and assign it to a position then one of my other components start giving me errors here is a look at the errors I am getting:

Fatal error: include_once() [<a href='function.include-once'>function.include-once</a>]: Cannot redeclare class aimporter in /home/content/32/9810732/html/joomla258/modules/mod_booking_customer_info/mod_booking_customer_info.php on line 27

If I publish it to a specific position but select to not show it on any pages all is fine, as soon as I select to display it the page of the other component I get this error.

Anyone has any idea what I can do to rectify this?

I have been playing with different options to get out of the program what I need but now I am getting this error:

I have created two bookable items in the beginning and they are both fine without any error.
I also only get this error if in the monthly calendar is selected in the properties section.

Hi to everyone and thanks for this exelent component for joomla websites.
I have a question however, I am trying to set up three different payment options: (1) Credit Card Payments (2) Paypal Payments and (3) Bank Transfer.

I however have no idea where to begin to do this, I have bought the component and on the back-end have the Payment Method option

Is there anyone that can assist me in this matter as this is one of the main reasons I have bought this component.
