Can I run version 4.0.3 Enterprise on PHP 7?

Hello all,
I set up a list of folders and subfolders, but I would like that a user can make a (sub) folder on the front-end also (saves me a lot of work :-) )
In an older topic (about 2 years ago) I saw that on that version it was not possible.
Is it possible now or in the neasr future? And if it is possible now, which settings do I overlook?
Version is joomdoc4 enterprise on joomla 3.3

Hello all,
i put the lines according to the FAQ about webdav in the .htaccess file.
When I want to edit a document, it connects te server, opens Word, start downloading and then I get the announcement: This file can't be found.
Someone knows how to get this working?
On another computer I got when trying to edit the document the loginpage (startpage) instead of the requested document. Don't know if this is related to the same problem?
