I have a problem, when I'm activating the menu title to be shown, nothing happened, also when I avtivate the article title. I have tried to clean the cache of joomla, the cache of JoomSEF ans I've also purged the SEF Urls, but the only thing I got is this instead of my title...gyazo.com/2a96e9b6257af4c182aed84ad150ec20

where can I find the language files to customize the text of the pdf files?

I mean the product custom fields like "Size" oder " Flavor". Updated from the Version before 2.0.38, I guess it was 2.0.37.

After the last Update and the new one to 2.0.38 the custom fields are not shown correctly in the invoices. Message: "Couldn't find custom field #xxxxx"

Please fix this problem immediatelly.

Since I'm using this component every update was a step back... I really like the component for making pdf files, bute the customer support ... well... better say nothing ;-)

Update: I also can't extract it with WINRAR, must be an error in the package...

Thx, until now after an update there allways was an error... bad for customers.... The component itself ist workign great, but you should really look forward to have usable updates and not MORE errors than before ;-)

After the Update on 2.0.33 I cannot notify my customers... The Icon ist still visible, but I can't "check" it. Everytime I#M clicking on it the icon is empty and without the "check".

So far... after any update there are allways other probs... nut much about customercare...

I got the newst Version 4.4.4. When I'm trying to create a new order I got an error Message everytime I choose an article...

"Send failed."

Where's the problem?

Just made a test order:
- new user created
- products added
- email (invoide & order) worked!

I think the problem is solved!

So this is the answer I finally got right now. So the problem should be fixed within the next 24h.
