Bug: Checkbox field not showing options!!!


I am running Joomla 1.5 with artio booking paid version 1.2.9

No I cannot upgrade to Joomla 1.6/1.7.

I cannot add any checkbox fields to my template.

I have done online upgrade.
I have unistalled and re-installed the com_booking several time.
I have tried to create the checkbox on IE8, IE8 in compatability, IE9, IE9 in Compatability, Google Chrome, Firefox.. so on.

Same is issue across all Browsers and computers.

What is the fix for this?
