we are using your component Artio JoomSEF (version 4.5.6) for a Joomla 2.5.28 website. We noticed that the component seems to automatically create URLs even for published objects that are not reachable through the website's navigation.

Example:
We created a Zoo product category "MyAwesomeCategory". The category contains a single product. Product and category are both set to published. However there is not a single menu item on the website that links to this category and it's product.
In the section "Manage SEF URLs" of your component we found the following URL:
foo/bar/MyAwesomeCategory
"foo" is an existing menu item to a view where you can find the link "bar". However there should not be a possibility to reach MyAwesomeCategory from the link foo/bar.

Did we miss something or is this a bug? Could you explain to me how the URLs are automatically created?
