Thanks for your reply. I have tested but it never accepts the login after clicking the link. When we click after making the changes we do get the login, but it never accepts the users details. I have verified it many times.

Although I do believe you are on the correct track, can you please do the test and create an account and then test the link afterwards. I really do hope that you can help with this. Thank you for effort so far, looking forward to a solution as it will benefit the many.

Is there chance of a reply on this issue. I need to know urgently as I have to take decisions to remove the software and escalate bad service to paypal.

An acknowlegement of the problem would have sufficed.

A quick question regarding the support option. I have not read any where on the site, any form of an estimated time for recieving any form of a support response. I believe it is important to highlight support times to your paying customers urgently.

Order No. 3506 for VirtueMart JoomSEF Extension 2.0.0 and 174 for 3 Months Membership - ARTIO JoomSEF

I am using Joomla 1.57 and JoomSEF v3.2.3 with Virtuemart 2.0 extension

When a client receives the invoice with the virtuemart 2.0 extension feature enabled the link to view order is not working.

A URL appears below like this:

index2.php/?page=order.order_print&o...uemart&Itemid=55


If I remove the extension it works fine and puts the hold address in correctly with the domain name.

I also noticed the same problem occurs for your own invoices.

"Thank you for your patronage.

View the order by following the link below."


Can you please let me know how this can be resolved.
