Hello,

I have been assigned to undertake a users manual writing which involves an already developed Joomla website with JoomDoc on a cPanel server.

After hours of investigation, I came to an understanding that my newly submitted/uploaded documents are not properly viewed, due to an error on the server as shown by Apache error log:

sh: /usr/bin/pdf2swf: No such file or directory, referer: ..............

Basically a *NIX command as shown PDF2SWF is being called from below files, which does NOT exist on the server, thus the command is broken and the script to make the PSD into SWF doesn't work.

Files using pdf2swf:
administrator/components/com_joomdoc/includes/files.php
components/com_joomdoc/helpers/upload.http.php

The error when uploaded and trying to view the document:

Now, like I said, I haven't developed this whole website, and my job is just to prepare a user manual. Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this error so that newly uploaded documents show up properly?

Thank you.

Same thing here.. I need to upgrade 2.0.2 to 3.X...

In upgrade packages, there is only older 2.X.X to 2.0.2 but not from 2.0.2 to 3.X (www.artio.net/downloads/joomla/joomdoc/upgrade-packages)

In ARCHIVED VERSIONS, when attempting to install com_joomdoc3_std.zip on my existing J1.5 with JoomDoc 2.0.2 I get the error that the directory exists already.

Disappointing...
