And if you click menu Explorer, you will find 404.htm

Readme file, i asked to change 404.htm to index.htm, but, i not get it

After Instal, i see link and i found the greatest SEF, but after i click link, i found all link error 404. I'm newbie, and than i'm goin to Config page and disable it.

This SEF working for joomla 1.0.12??
I want up load to my hosting server. Not Localserver. What i must change to do this? Because i try on joomla 1.0.11 at my hosting server, This SEF need changge .htaccess and than Php. Where I can get PHP in my server??

May you have easy way to Install this?? Because love this, but i don`t understand to install and operate this.
