ok I disable extension meta tags parameters and in sef configuration in Enable MetaData generation: I click Yes .. And when I write manually meta tags is not displayed in the webpage

One more question :

I dont want automatically created meta tags, I want the manually entered meta tags . How to do that ? When I Desebled MetaData generation: I cant created tags manually ,not see in the page

off topic : How to change my user name - i don't want to be with my e-mail

I have problem with sef urls . All the time is changes and configure url what I dont want

index.php?option=com_content&id=32&layout=blog&view=category&Itemid=100052 is url what I want to sef
but all the time is make another sef url with this not sef url :
index.php?option=com_content&id=32&layout=default&view=category&Itemid=100052

and change my layout of category to default but I want to be blog

This sef urls is makes together

Yes my site use UTF-8 and meta tag problem occure in both - automatically and manually.
My MySQL colation is utf8_general_ci but I see jos_sefexts in latin1_swedish_ci and another jos_sef too

Meta tags in Cyrillic not display correctly . All meta tags and keywords is displayed like ???????????????????? ???????????? ?????????

How to fix this problem and display in cyrillic correctly ?
