Joomla! 2.5.6
PHP Version 5.2.17
ARTIO JoomSEF Version: 4.2.9

Even we've got set 'Add menu title' to NO in content extension - common tab we still get the url with menu title



www.mysite.com/<menutitle>/<article name>

we also pluged urls and cleaned joomsef and joomla cache



it even include category name while category is set to NO

www.mysite.com/<menutitle>/<category>/<article name>
