Hi I Previously sent an email through your contact form but did not hear back from you.

Our website speed is greatly improved with mturbo.

The problem is not all pages are caching with the nightly cron.

The only way to get all pages to cache is to run the job manually. This is not possible

We add new products daily. I was informed that new products must be manually cached the first time but the subsequent times they will update with the cron.

This does not happen

Also any changes to the categories navigation bar, do not update with the cron. For example if I add or remove categories from the navigation bar- the pages will still show old information.

Can I please pay for support to have your company make the necessary changes so that this works correctly?

Thank you for your prompt response.

This has corrected the problem.

Now I must pray google puts me back up in the organic listings. We have completely dropped off all organic search because of the 403 error

Google has penalized our site due to a 403 error from mturbo.

Hi:

Installed mturbo. the speed is AMAZING! very happy

But, I add products, change prices, change items to in stock/out of stock, create new categories, create new subcategories on a daily & weekly basis.

I run the cronjob every night.

My problem is the customers do not see the changes unless they clear the cache & cookies on their own computer. this is ridiculous. I cannot tell thousands of customers to clear their cache before viewing my website.

Do you have a solution?
