I found the problem . In order to make this component work I had to remove it, create my new menu and then re-install it. It is such a stupid way to work I cannot believe it. I am not confident using your component as I don't know what the problems will be every time I need to add something into my site.

I am facing this problem. I need to add an extra menu in my website and to be exact a submenu to an existing item and all the dropdown menu items I add are linking to a specific category instead of the one I have mentioned into the parameters .

I use k2 for categories and articles and the menu item I add is a Show Items from a category or user

I am doing exactly what you told me to do and I still got a problem with the site. I have at localhost the site working ok but when I upload it to the host I have nothing working. Except the home page and then all links are completely inactive. So I am going in the back office of joomla and I uninstall your component in order everything to be normal again.

Have a look at the screenshot. I have the four first lines with the sef and the original url the same. I am now quite sure why this thing is working like this.
Go to arion.gr and at the search field type configurator and press enter. The site after hitting the enter get completely destroyed and this thing is first happened when I install your component. At my localhost I simply cannot see the results at all when at the arion.gr the results are bit further down

The site is completely destroyed and the only way to make it work is to uninstall the product which of course removed the sef urls.
Can you help me on how to install or configure or both the component in order to re-install it? Remember I am working in my local machine - testing env

After purging all joomsef urls I uploaded my site "www.arion.gr" and everything got messed up. Then I uninstall the component and re-install it and sef urls are fixed but I have a problem with the home page. Everything on the home page is displayed to all site. And I also had - removed it as it wasn;t working - an accordion which got messed up as well.
Can you please help me to fix the problems because I am loosing my website and I am getting upset?

I am testing how the component works and when i try to ping google i get error saying "could not ping goolge" whilst bing is working ok
Second question is that I have purged all the sef urls and I cannot recreate them from scratch.

My localhost address has a port number as well. This is the exact address localhost:46521/administrator/. Should I just write localhost? Will that be ok with the component registration?

One domain I use is www.arion.gr and the other is localhost. How will I fill up the fields? Should I write www.arion.gr to one and localhost to other? Since you are asking money in order to fill the 2 boxes correctly I ask in order to save money.

I have installed before choosing to buy the product the free version of joomsef4. Then i paid for the component and although I have entered the DownloadID the component keep mentioning that the paid version is not installed or the site is not the registered one. I have registered the arion.gr site but when I am checking the site locally the web address is completely different . What should i do?
