If you have paid version open component backend and on bookmark payments methods you edit paypal. In free version aren't payment methods supported.

Yes I have paid version open component backend and on bookmark payments methods it's impossible edit paypal

click on paypal icon or check checkbox and click on edit button on main toolbar
