I've called the Artio office all the way from the United States. Talked to a person there that said they would get back to me that day. That was 2 days ago and I have not heard anything back. I am getting very frustrated because I need help asap with this problem. I am only wanting to change the time format to a 12 hour clock as seen on the front end. Please help. I have paid for the support and it is over a week and I have not gotten anything.
