Hello

the email template sends an empty PDF file as an attachment. Is it possible to disable this function?

Hello,

open editing of the e-mail template and make sure that "PDF File Template" under tab "PDF Attachment" is really empty.

The PDF attachment is sent when in the "PDF File Template" is some text. Maybe there is some HTML tag. Try to disable the WYSIWYG editor to show plain text.
