Hello, I cannot differ by the image what is wrong. So could you get us access to Joomla administrator? I will check it. Hello, problem with "MeetRoom 1. GAIA" was in option "Time range over Week". It should be "Time Range in one Day".

We will fix item expiration configuration. I agree that it is confusing.
