Hi, I setup everything good and enable paypal option and put in the paypal emial account.
What to fill in code field?
Usually this is not required and how I can make cutomer paid full when they make the booking?

I don't understand exactly. Customer is after save reservation prompted to pay via PayPal. It doesn't work for you?
