I need a booking system that allows for tracking of bookings by Agents/Affiliates including commission tracking. Does Bookit do this?

Booking has not this feature. I will add this idea to our project management, because it looks like it is not yet there.
But it will be not implemented soon. If you need this solution, we can only offer you custom paid support.
