The daily / weekly has "Select Check In" as a time range. Why is this? Wouldn't the person schedule just an actual time instead of a "time window"?

Also, it would be nice to be able to change the button of "Check In" to something more appropriate for my usage for "Pick up" and "Drop Off" instead.

For limo's it would be nice to see one time to pick from instead of a time range.

Something like:

Select Pick Up Time: Select Drop Off
1:00am
2:00am
3:00am, etc.

Is there a way to do this? I'm not sure why it makes much sense to have a time-range.

Also, I get a blank page when going to the "daily" calendar from the weekly one. I get some errors in php error log and also apache error log.
This is from apache_error log. There are many of these in there:

Also, in configuration I chose to display as $100 and $ 100 but still not dollar sign ($) shows on any prices or anywhere on the subject page. Why?
