I receive this message when trying to print my tickets:


TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /var/www/html/bgthevenue.co.uk/components/com_vmeticket/assets/ean_codes/844122893.jpg

can you help.

Dear,

first time, please, check if there are correct write rights for the folder from the error message.
If it still remains, in the eTicket 2.1.x there is a settings in the component options, you can set the address format of the image URL. You can try which will work.

I have checked the file write rights and set the chmod to 775 also I have checked the components options and set these. I have chtried all three url options and still get this error message.

I see that the image was created, but isn't accessible for TCPDF component.
The only other reasons I think could be some restriction in firewall or not valid HTML code of the ticket template.

Hi Lukas

I have been emailing about some issues I’m having the eTicketing system. I’m hoping that you will be able to help me. I have a customer that is very interested in the eTicketing software for a cinema complex. I purchased the 2 ticket software so that I could demonstrate it to my customer, but I can’t get it to work fully.

My customer wants to purchase the unlimited version and we want to add a custom seating plugin which I wish to get Artio to do, so we want some development time from you to set it up, customize it and support us. Please let me know how much that would cost.

It is important that we get it working so I can demonstrate it to my customer, before he buys the unlimited version
