Problem with imported EANS and ticketcheck 11 years, 7 months ago #32205

Hello,

I have imported several EAN-codes but when I check these tickets with the ticketcheck I get the message that the ticket is not found. When I look in the table 'vme_ticket_order_item_ean' I see the EANcode. Any idea what is going wrong?

Ticket must be also valid for particular event & date.

Hello Joost,

It's hard to find any problem if I can't check your database. Are those imported eans connected to order items? Table vmeticket_order_item_ean has column item_id. Are there rows with those item ids in table vmeticket_order_item?

Or maybe you check tickets with account what has no rights on that kind of tickets?

I tried to find 'The ticket is not found' and 'not found' in language packs, but there is nothing like this. Checked on VM eTickets for Joomla 1.5 and eTickets for Joomla 2.5.

Hello,

I have still this problem with importing EANS. There are rows with the item ids in table vmeticket_order_item.
I can give you access to the database if you want.

The account that checks the tickets is a superadministrator, so this can't be the problem...
