Hi,

I bought the license E2 and testing now the system.
I deleted all tickets I created and want to add an new ticket.
But the system says: You reached your license ticket limit.

The cache of Joomla is empty.
What can I do to test the system?

Hello,

Try to look into the VMeTicket settings at the option: "Product Type". If there are more options,switch it to "VMeTicket' and try to create the ticket again.

Setting is set to "VMeTicket" and was already.
Still the same problem:

You reached your license ticket limit.

You can try to check the VM administration -> products -> Product Type List. There are all ticket types and the number of the tickets of the type. You can manage it here, if there are some other tickets of "VMeTicket" type.
You can also save the VmeTicket settings again to ensure, that the settings are really saved correctly.

I have one more question. Where did you delete the tickets. In VMeTicket or VirtueMart? Deleting via VM isn't recommended, not all stored values should be deleted.

OK, I think i delete my Joomla-File and install a fresh one.
Should be the easyiest way.
