We are considering using the ARTIO-JoomDOC in a large project.
But we need to make sure that the JoomDOC doesn't have any vulnerability.

So do you warrant that that reported vulnerability issue isn't related to the ARTIO-JoomDOC?

yes, we can warranty that.
As you can see from the link you have pasted, that Joomdocs was developed by joomclan.com.

Joomdocs and JoomDOC are different products.
The guys at Joomclan just used a name that is very close to what we use.
