I have 2 sites running Artio SEF 3.9.6 but I am unable to upgrade to 3.9.7 using the Upgrade from Server option. I get a message saying File com_joomsef.zip cannot be served.

I have checked both sites subscription and both are still valid.

Extension updates worked ok.

Do I have to download and completely reinstall?

My sites are both still running Joomla 1.5.26 and Virtuemart 1.9
