How would you add the sub category to the title?

Hello,

you can set subcategories in JoomSEF --> Manage Extensions --> VirtueMart --> tab Extension --> Add categories to URL and set "All categories". Also on this tab you can manage how category should display in your URL (ID, Title, Alias).
