TOPIC: Falang and Language Switcher Module

Tried JoomSEF4 with latest Falang today with two different domains (.com/.de) but the language switcher module is not able to handle them. It always shows .com (Set page base href value: yes, full SEO) followed by the translated links. Any setting that need to be checked too?
