The JoomSEF Website Crawler doesn't crawl the whole site. It always results in an error. Please see attached error.

We've search the forum and have taken advise, but cannot seem to get it to work. Our online shop has over 10 000 products and the crawler only seems to be able to crawl half the site resulting in an error.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

OK. Ran the crawler a couple of times again and received the error message again.

The Website Crawler in 4.2.8 has been improved, so when you encounter an error, you can click the Continue button and it will try to recover and continue from where it stopped. Have you tried that?

We have been pressing the Continue button. The server response time starts counting again until 20 seconds and then the error message appears again.

Can we email you our login credentials so that you can see for yourself?
