Who do I need to contact about getting a refund for the purchase price of JoomSEF 4 and the corresponding K2 Extension.

I have made multiple attempts to get support on both of these items and even offered to pay for support but I can't get any help at. This lack of support for paid product is unacceptable.

Hi,
From your profile information it seems that all your forum posts have been answered and none of them was about K2. Could you start a new topic on your problem with K2 extension?
