Hi, I have just tried to upgrade from Joomla 3.1.5 to 3.2 and backend is fine but frontend is blank.

If I turn of JoomSEF, frontend displays fine. Turn on JoomSEF, blank frontend.

This has happended on 3 sites some far (I have been able to restore via Akeeba)

Server: (SiteGround)

PHP Built On Linux avm53.sgvps.net 2.6.32-279.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Jun 22 12:19:21 UTC 2012 x86_64
Database Version 5.1.68-cll
Database Collation utf8_general_ci
PHP Version 5.3.27
Web Server Apache/2.2.22 (Unix) mod_hive/3.6 mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/1.0.0-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4
WebServer to PHP Interface cgi-fcgi
