Google has 404 pages like www.xxxxxxxx.com/frontpagecategory/xxxx.html

I dont have such a category and they are not even listen in sef url list. What could be the reason? how can I fix it?

If such URL is not listed in URLs Manager, it is not created by JoomSEF, therefore I cannot help you much. Maybe you can use the Google Webmaster Tools to find out where this link is comming from? You may also wait until Google reindexes your web site, maybe it will just go away, if this link is not present anywhere on your website.
