I am having a strange problem

I have the correct .htaccess file and the right stuff commented in and commented out.

When I have ArtioSEF installed.. every single item on my website gets redirected to a 404 page. But the user doesnt see it. I hope I can explain this properly

All URLS are SEF. When you click on an article, it will take you to that article with no problems. BUT when I check my stats for the site and watch the visitor path that is taken, it looks like this

User clicks on "home"

they are taken to "home" then "404" immediately after, but don't see the 404 page, they still see the correct content.

When I check stats, these are the urls that show up
"serial-box.nethttp//serial-box.net/index...;Itemid=47"

why is it attaching http//serial-box..... right after serial-box.net?

If I disable ARTIO but leave Joomla SEO enabled the issue disapper.
Any suggest?
thanks in advance

This is my problem, too.
In the JomStats component for each correct page item there is a "virtual" 404 url that ends with word: "false;".
In long time this problem causes huge statistics tables.
Another problem in the stats component is the wrong homepage: "mysite/administrator/index.php". If I disable ARTIO component it's ok: "mysite/index.php".

What's the problem?
Thanks a lot and best regards.
Jimbo.
