Same here, although I also have VirtueMart & the latest JoomSEF VirtueMart patch installed too.

Fixed it here, by using the code snippet

&lt;?php
checkSEFTitle();
generateSEFMeta();
?&gt;

above

&lt;?php mosShowHead(); ?&gt;
