Remove /blog from url for new v 3.0.0 & other ?'s

Dear Artio,

I like the extension a great deal! I have a few questions, the biggest being:

1. how to remove /blog from url for new v 3.0.0. I did due dilligence and tried the already posted solution of "Go into Extensions Management and click on the Content extension. On the right hand side there is a setting for Add Layout to URL - change that to Only When Different From Default. Immediately under that set the default Layout to Blog. That's it!" but for this version that does not seem to work. The /blog is still appended to the url.

2. If I purchase a paid version, does that include updates for that verion? Or do I have to pay for each upgrade.

3. Also, I do not want the link on every page, or at all, if it is a paid version, mainly for site security. If they know you are Joomla then they know the site is Joomla and hence already have a leg up on hacking, which is unethical. So if I pay for it, I'd like to know that the link does in face disappear period from the prying eyes of hackers.

4. Also, does JomSEF allow me to move the title tag as the first tage in the <head> section of the page. I have expert html and SEo skills for html but I am just getting the hang of the CMS thing. So ordinarily I decide where that info goes, but the CMS seems to devide it all on its own, even though it is wrong for SEO.

I have only just noticed this /blog problem is only happening on a certain page. the settings for that page appear to be the same as the others, so now this feels even more confusing that the /blog would be removed from the ohters but not this one?
