I recently purchased this plugin...and when I installed it I got this error.

Fatal error: Class 'SefExt' not found in /home/username/public_html/components/com_sh404sef/sef_ext/com_tplancers.php on line 14

Hello,

based on the path in the error message you present, it seems you have sh404sef installed.
Please, make sure to uninstall sh404sef component completely if you want to use JoomSEF.

sh404sef and JoomSEF cannot be installed at the same time, as they conflict with each other.

So i purchased the wrong ext.

Well, I am not sure about that.

sh404sef is something like competitor of JoomSEF, so we are not really aware what components are available for it. We would of course prefer if you switch to JoomSEF instead. :-)

WOW... I have totally screwed up here.

I would switch however I have already purchased copies of other ext of (joomsocial tpdugg to name a few)
So if I switched I would have to purchase these from you as well.

I there anyway to reverse this transaction?

Even tho I know I am the one who screwed up
