I disabled all of my modules but still have this error: "Access to this location is not allowed. "

It is disappear only when I disable SEF -url component... or for a few minutes after "purge sef urls"

Have you also tried disabling the plugins? And if you disable only JoomSEF (in JoomSEF's configuration) and leave the standard Joomla SEF enabled (in Joomla's global configuration), does it disappear?

Yes. It is disappear when I disable JoomSEF plugin.

And have you tried disabling the plugins also? You said you've tried disabling all your modules, but what about plugins? There must be something special about dentysta.eu/dla-pacjenta and dentysta.eu/dla-studenta pages, if the error doesn't appear on another pages.

It is caused by Jom Comment plugin. Can you help me how can I fix this problem with this plugin?
When I disable Jomcomment plugin site is working fine.
