TOPIC: error on install

Hello,

I just purchased the extension for virtuemart.

ext_joomsef3_virtuemart.zip

I am running joomla 1.5.6

JoomSEF v3.3.1

VirtueMart 1.1.0

When I try and install it through artio sef I get the following errors.



* Copy failed
* JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file to

I have tried from zip and from directory install.

how can i fix this?

Hello,

please, make sure that /components/com_sef/sef_ext directory is writeable. Also check that other Joomla dirs are writeable (see list in Joomla backend / Help / System info)
