well this debug info is not as much usefull.. anyway... the problem could be caused by the "ret" and "link" variables that seem to be added (appended) to the URL.
Maybe you could try adding "ret" and "link" variables to list of "non-sef vars" to tell JoomSEF not to handle them.

Please inform, if it made any difference.

Edited joomsef config still same result. What can I do to give you more info?

Could you create a test account for us on your site so we can see the problem ourselves?

I have sent an email to support some days ago with login details etc but still no reply..
Could you please chase this up as its starting to hang around
