And what exactly is your problem? Do you get exactly the same error?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: array_diff_key() in ..... /components/com_sef/joomsef.php on line 703

Well I use an Ajax search module so I just dont get any results at all...

Does it work with SEF completely disabled (Search Engine Friendly URLs disabled in Joomla global configuration)? Does it work with only Joomla SEF enabled but JoomSEF disabled (Search Engine Friendly URLs enabled in Joomla global configuration, but JoomSEF disabled in JoomSEF's configuration)?

Try disabling the Fix index.php links in JoomSEF configuration on the Advanced tab.
