It was a mixture of index (original) and SEF URLS that were giving the duplicates also was mixed up SEF URLS that had 3 SEF urls joined together. Also some that had an old flypage mentioned in the URL.
Easy one as it's a VM product from Different categories
Some examples
I got the SEF urls that were joined together fixed, then changed the Robot.txt file to disallow the other URLs and also the parameters in webmaster tools. Cleaned the 301 redirects and went through the duplicates and made active one of every duplicate. So hopefully this will have some effect.
