My site was working just fine. I'm not sure what's going on or when it changed but recently I updated my template (Camber - RT) and now none of my articles or links or showing. I keep getting the following error for any of the links:
Not Found
The requested URL /spirit/science-of-breath/chapter-xvi-science-of-breath/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I believe is was discussed here so many times, there is not much more to add. It is always the case issues causing it.
If this started to appear after you have updated your template, then check things possibly related to this.
First of all, check that your .htaccess file still exists and has correct values in it.
