Hello,

I am not sure about this patch. It is probably not from our company.
But I simulated your problem. It means, there is only problem in row Total, right? Base Total is sum of all items + handling and shipping, but other prices do not count with it.
I will report it to our development, so it will be probably repaired in next version.
