Hello

Is there a way to get/ad an extra field for the vat number on the manually order page because i have companys wich is an vat number required for my invoices. i need to be also auto generated on my invoices when creating them.

Hello,

yes, it is possible. You have to add Vat number to VirtueMart Shopper Fields.
VirtueMart -> tab Coniguration -> Shopper Fields

Then you can add extra fields in VM Invoice Configuration:
Global Configuration -> tab General Config -> Extra Field 1, 2, 3, 4

These fields will be visible in Order Editing as Additional Fields.
