I figured it out.

I changed the flypage under Products / List Catagories and choosing the eticket catagory I changed it to the VM-eticket flypage and now the perameters are not shown to the public on the product desciption page.

I too am wanting to not display the parameters of the product on the product description page. I only want it displayed on the e-ticket itself.

It turned out to be the VM random products module interfering with the Artio Buttons. Since the Artio buttons are for administrators only I set the VM random products module to only certain public pages and now everything is OK. This was discovered by the support at Artio. Thank you again.
This 500 internal server error was not displayed in the error logs.

Button type is creating a button with joomla. (Standard practise) by going to menu in the back end, creating new button and creating the type, and from the artio vm eticket tree selecting the type you want ie. check ticket default layout.

None of these work from the artio tree and get the error


We are using Godaddy linux economy hosting and therefor error logs are not available with that hosing plan. I have contacted godaddy about possible solution for viewing the error logs

No maybe I didnt explain it properly.
Pretend you are on the download ticket screen. Then close everything and shut off you computer. Maybe go to another computer. No get back to that download screen.

It is impossible unlesss you had printed the ticket and type in the huge URL. Otherwise how can the user get back to the downloads screen.

Basically how can I create a button in their user menu that will take them to the downloads screen or my downloads?
Also I see no option in the back end to even print the ticket for them if they call us wanting it email to them because they lost the printout.

I have it already set to 100 downloads and can download for 365 days.

Changing the code worked

change the row from:
$request->download_request(&$d);

to:
$request->download_request($d);


Thank you very much. I can now download an e-ticket.

Is there any way to set up a downloads button like this site has in case the user wanted to log in at a later date and download the ticket again?

I just want to make sure this is set up properly. I have added an eticket. Media is (2).

When I click the eticket / more information / DOWNLOADABLE is shown. Media for downloadable is (0). To set that you need a file path to upload the file. Since the PDF is being generated there is no path cause the PDF dosen not currently exist and needs to be created. I am not sure if this is the problem or not. I will try changing the code tomorrow.

I also have not found a way to get back to the download screen link once you close the browser. What if the customer wants to goback at a later date and print the tickets. Everything isd an errror so far so I will focus on fixing that first. PDF dowenload is an error and Atrio buttonss are an internal server error. Should I contact support with a log in info for the backend? I personally think it is a permissions problem but have no idea what file to change. I can advance through the Paypal Transaction and the when I download the PDF I grt this error.

I will set the error reporting off wne the problem is solved. Is there a was to just send the PDF to the customer and not have them download it on the website / or both??

OK but that never solved the problem. I am setting up E10 and cannot get a PDF printed nor can I add a Artio button with out an internal server error. I reported this last thurs. I have set up another eticket program in the meantime but do hope I can get Artio working.
