See printscreen:
 If there is no icon then it is probably not visible only. If you get mouse in the middle of that table cell, there should be minimally visible text "Show calculation rules used for computing price". If you click there, it should work. |

there is not icon as you can see and if i go over with mouse i can't find anything clickable and even if i click.on.nothing, nothing happens.
