Getting Paid Version Installation Files

Answer

If you need to download the files you have purchased (or get their newer versions), you have several options. For all of them, you will need to have your Download ID. Download ID is sent to you via email on purchase (see option 1) and you can also see in in your order history after logging in to your ARTIO E-shop Account (if it was created).

Option 1 - Download-Info Email

Downloading Paid Files - (1) EmailAs soon as you order is changed to "Confirmed" state, an email with Download ID(s) of purchased products is sent automatically to email you have entered in your order. From this reason, make sure to enter the email in ordering form correctly.

The email also contains direct links to download the files. You can get the file simply by clicking the link.

Option 2 - E-shop Download Area / Order History

Once you have your Download ID, you can also directly visit the Download Area at our site.

On the download page, enter the Download ID and press Download button to get your file.

If you have deleted your email with download ID, but have account on our e-shop, you can get it also via Account Maintenance / Order History / Orded Details. In case you do not know your username or password, you can use Lost Password and/or Forgotten username funcitons.

Option 3 - Online Updates

Getting Paid Files - (3) Online UpgradeIf you have the component already installed, you can get the latest version using online upgrade. This is described in detail in Upgrading JoomSEF.

Make sure you have enter your Download ID in the Registration tab of Configuration.
